The room booking online clearly listed check-in as 12 PM through 11 AM the next day, but reception insisted check-in was at midnight. It took an unnecessary argument to get them to understand that 12 PM means afternoon. That left me questioning how well trained the staff are. The room had several problems: the TV, electronic safe, and Wi-Fi didn’t work. For a booking for two, there was only one dental kit, and the shaving kit box was empty. I let those things go because I was only staying a day. Then I ordered veg fried rice from the in-room menu, listed at ₹240, but the bill was ₹280. The service boy didn’t know the pricing or process, and nobody seemed accountable. After the meal I asked for drinking water. They brought extremely chilled bottled water, billed me ₹37, and demanded payment before handing it over. Reception said there was no normal water available. It makes me wonder whether the food is cooked with bottled water or tap water. This stay lacked basic hospitality, coordination, and professionalism. It felt like management didn’t care about the guest experience. Poor service, untrained staff, non-working amenities, unexpected charges, and no basic courtesy. I’d strongly advise others to avoid it unless they want their stay ruined.

After we checked out at noon, we had a midnight flight and spent the day out in Mumbai. When we came back for our bags, Sebastian Vincent kindly gave us a room for 20 minutes to freshen up. That flexibility was rare and much appreciated. Ranjith was professional and humble throughout our two-night stay, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel is right on the main road, with spotless rooms and delicious food. A convenient all-in-one stay, and I’d happily come back.

The place was neat and clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and reliable. We had a nice experience and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The room was small but good, and the food was good too. Since it’s on the highway in the middle of the market, there’s a steady amount of noise. With the windows closed, though, it was barely noticeable.
