Hotel Milona

The room was in terrible shape, with no towels or soap, broken drawers, and a faulty door lock. We saw better rooms the next day, so it felt as if ours had been left that way intentionally. Even asking for water brought sarcasm and disrespect. The whole place felt unsafe and unwelcoming, and I’d urge women especially to think carefully before staying. The trouble started with the price. I called before booking and was quoted ₹1600 for one night. I said clearly that I wanted to stay for two days, but nobody explained that the charge was ₹2800 per 24 hours at the night rate. Since it was already after 2 AM, we assumed the quoted amount was per day. When we arrived, night receptionist "MANOJ" changed the price to ₹2800 and blamed us, saying we “should have asked.” He played the call recording sarcastically to defend himself, even though I had stated how long we planned to stay. He hadn’t clarified the rate either. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, stared at me in a way that felt inappropriate, and became more hostile after I complained to other staff.

I visited the hotel today. The service was useless, and both the room and food cost a lot more.

At Hotel Milona, the bedding needs more attention. The blankets and sheets didn’t seem properly sanitized, so I’d like housekeeping to make sure fresh, clean linen is ready before check-in or available on request. The stay was comfortable and convenient, with free parking, easy access to transport hubs, welcoming staff, and reliable service. Hotel Milona is in a great spot in Airoli and is couple-friendly. There’s room to improve linen hygiene.

The food had hardly any taste, and the chicken masala cost ₹300 for just three small pieces. They served the full portion in a Chinese soup bowl, and outside food isn’t allowed. They don’t have their own kitchen and order from a cloud kitchen. Check-in was very bad too. When we ordered food, a housekeeping boy brought it. I asked the receptionist to come see when we had a problem, but he never showed up.
