The location was the one bright spot, just a six-minute walk from BP Marine. My room was clean but extremely cramped, with no ventilation and a foul smell that lingered. The AC was noisy, and the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. When I raised this at reception, the staff were rude and dismissive. They suggested I shouldn’t expect better because I’d booked an Agoda deal. Good service shouldn’t depend on what the room costs. I stayed one night and was disappointed.

There was a strong, awful smell everywhere, and the hotel was unhygienic. The pillow was very dirty, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The manager was rude and didn’t know how to treat us respectfully. Whenever we left the room, he kept asking us to hand in our room key. I didn’t understand why, and it made me scared for my belongings. The room didn’t feel safe.

The building was hard to find because it’s set far inside another building. There wasn’t proper room service, or really any kind of service.

There’s nothing special here. The rooms are very small and not very hygienic. Being near Belapur station is the only good thing, so don’t expect much.

The blanket they gave me was in awful condition. Both the day and night managers were rude and didn’t hesitate to use bad language. They collect full payment for breakfast, but what they give you in its name is barely anything, as if a whole buffet were included. After 10 am, there’s no hot water.
