The room and interiors deserve 5/5, but the hotel staff get 0/5. They’re extremely unprofessional and don’t know how to speak to guests, whether it’s the reception guy at night check-in or the daytime workers. The hotel itself is very good, though prices are a little above normal. Management is pathetic. They ignored my calls even after I asked three or four times. When I finally pressed them, they said, “Sorry sir, we don’t keep the mosquito killer in our hotel.” Nobody pays attention at night, and they seem to do everything they can to avoid answering calls. Checkout was at 11 a.m.; I left at 11:26, and the receptionist made a big deal of those 26 minutes. He could have politely asked me to pay extra for the late checkout. Definitely not worth visiting again.

Captain suresh kumar gave good, timely service. The nachos were good, and I liked the paneer kolhapuri too, with the spice done right. The veg tawa masala was loaded with vegetables, and the garlic naan had just the right amount of garlic.

Senior captain SureshKumar suggested some really good starters, and his service was awesome. The ambience was great, and so was the food.

The checkout call came at 10:00 AM, with the receptionist saying I had to leave then, even though checkout was actually 11:00 AM. Earlier, the room service had been a mess: I ordered food with glass plates, but the staff member kept forgetting things and had to make five trips to bring the cutlery. By then the food was cold. The room was too small, and hot water wouldn’t come from the shower. The whole stay was pathetic.

Bad experience. The staff were rude, didn’t communicate well, and spoke to me improperly. They provided neither a dental kit nor soap, and asked for extra money.
