2/10
The turmeric smell in the room was very strong, as if some treatment had just been done before check-in. There was turmeric powder on the bed and the table nearby, so it seemed the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or checked before guests were given it. This points to negligence in housekeeping and management. Guests pay for a hygienic room, not a space with a strong odor and visible residue. Very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel unless it seriously improves cleanliness and basic quality checks.

My clothes went missing while I was staying here. When I raised it with the owner, he said the amount would be deducted from the receptionist or laundry staff instead of handling the matter professionally. That felt irresponsible and showed a lack of management accountability. Breakfast was poor too: it was delivered to the room, with only a few options like dosa, idli, and upma and no flexibility or variety. Service, management attitude, and guest handling were all far below expectations. It doesn’t offer value for money or basic hospitality, and I’d strongly discourage others from choosing it.
