I keep returning for work trips because the experience has been reliably good each time. The rooms are roomy and clean, housekeeping is prompt, and hygiene is well looked after. Staff are courteous, polite, and professional. It's a comfortable, dependable hotel, and I'm very satisfied.

I had a medical emergency and let the hotel know a day beforehand, but they offered neither help nor a refund. The lack of empathy and flexibility, along with the poor customer service, left me very disappointed. I won't book here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone expecting basic decency.

The rooms are quite good and the location works well. I'd give it another star if the Wi-Fi would stop disconnecting so often.

The bed was comfortable, but the AC wasn't working properly. The tap was a problem too: only hot water came out, with no cold water available.

The shower was so lovely I didn't feel like getting out, and the bed was really comfortable too. The location was perfect for me, right near my friends' place, and the staff were kind and friendly. Thanks so much for the complimentary breakfast. I'd definitely come back.
