Breakfast was filling and tasty, and the rooms are good. But they aren’t maintained properly, and I had to call reception multiple times to get things fixed. During my thre days stay I changed rooms three times: the AC was making a loud noise in the first, wasn’t working in the second, and the TV didn’t work in the third. I also had to ask for the bedsheets and lenin to be changed. It was very noisey.
The reception was nice, and breakfast was good. But the amenities weren’t good: the shower leaked, the furniture was old and broken, and there were no toilet or bathroom accessories. Dirt was all around when I opened the window. After I returned from the office the next day, the room hadn’t been cleaned.
I stayed in an executive room. It was clean and cozy, though a bit pricey and not very spacious. Service was slow, but the location is perfect for a family or couple.
Staff were good, and no one bothers you at this hotel. The hotel was very good overall. You can eat there too, but food costs extra.
I had an executive room for 5 days, and the rooms were good with all facilities. The complimentary breakfast was very tasty. A good experience.
