OYO 26750 Vashi Gymkhana

It’s a peaceful, nice place with a small cricket pitch, a pool and a few other games. The food is good, and the staff are great and neatly dressed. The guard and reception executive greeted us with smiles. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Vashi railway station.

The staff are friendly, and the rooms are spacious, but some of them need upgrading to be more useful. My main issue was the restaurant. For three days in a row, food took ages to arrive. I even spent two hours there waiting for a meal, with no liquor involved. They need to improve the restaurant service and update some rooms.

There’s lots of room here, and the atmosphere is good. I enjoyed my time at the gymnasium, which is large and has the latest equipment, and the swimming pool is well kept. The indoor tennis and badminton courts are well lit. Staff are kind and helpful too. It’s also a good venue for events, birthday parties and other ceremonies.

The restaurant has delicious food at cheap prices, and the ambience is great. Waiters are helpful and the service is good. Without membership, you can pay a guest entry fee of 30-40 rupees. I’m not sure whether non-member guests are allowed in on weekends. Still, it’s a good place for an occasion with friends or family.
