I've been staying here for almost two months, and it feels like home. The food you can order to your room is tasty, and the rooms and bathrooms are kept to a high standard of hygiene. The front desk and service staff are polite and helpful, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. From the 27th and 28th floors, the views of the seafront and Palm Beach greenery are truly breathtaking. It's a good value for the money, and I'd recommend giving this property a try.

This was a terrible experience. I booked a room for my uncle and aunt, who were coming from Dubai, on a friend's recommendation. The day before booking, 26th Oct, I spoke with Amit and told him they were senior citizens. When we arrived, I was asked to pay for all four nights, and I paid. The room had a huge step, almost a foot high, as soon as you entered. Then you had to step down again to get near the bed, past the toilet. It wasn't suitable for senior citizens, so we decided to cancel. We went to reception within 15 minutes of checking in. They said we'd have to pay for one night, which we accepted. Amit at reception assured us the remaining three days' payment would be returned by NEFT. I agreed to lose one day's charge, but why should I pay for the other three days we didn't use? It's been five days and reception is now denying the refund. Instead, they're offering a credit note to use on another stay. Why would I stay there when I have my own home in Nerul? It's just an ordinary small lodge with a Palm Beach view. I've been cheated and will take all necessary legal action. In response to your statement that the front office team can't promise or process refunds and that hotel policy governs them: your staff member still promised a refund, so I sent my bank details and a cancelled cheque copy, with a WhatsApp screenshot attached. Why wasn't I told then that I wouldn't get a refund? Why was I only informed a week later? I'm not someone who books rooms often, and surely a guest should be able to check the room first. Someone at reception could have seen I was with a senior citizen and suggested we look at the room, since your employee knew what it was like. Instead, I was asked to pay for all four nights as soon as I arrived. BAD, WORST, CHEATERS. The hotel was recommended by a friend, and that's why I booked it for my relatives.

I stayed for five nights on the 28th floor. The room was good and the view was amazing, though pigeons had stained the windows. There was no gym, and the hotel doesn't provide a baby crib. That made staying here with my 15-month-old much harder than I'd hoped.

Traveling with my family from Gujarat, I arrived early and asked if we could check in ahead of time. They politely but directly refused, and wanted the full room charge for just two hours of early check-in. A very bad experience. They should be happy to accommodate visitors from out of town, but they weren't. I strongly recommend against booking here.
