I felt safe here as a woman traveling alone, and everyone made me feel at home during my eight days in Kerala. I’d come from Sri Lanka for the first time and never felt like I was in a foreign country. The hotel is close to the airport, and they picked me up and dropped me back at no extra charge. They also helped arrange cars for trips wherever we wanted to go. The owner, staff, manager Shyam, and the woman who cooks were all so welcoming. Special thanks to Saji anna, who drove me and also served as my tour guide. I’m grateful to everyone here and highly recommend the place.😍😍👏👏🙏🙏

We came from Kashmir and found the rooms just right. The hotel is in a quiet, decent location, and management keeps it neat, safe, and secure. Breakfast was amazing, especially the dal, dosa, and sambhar.

Good value for the price. The hotel has a nice ambience, a tasty complimentary breakfast in the morning, and helpful staff who are just a call away. It’s also a short distance from the airport.

The only real plus was being 2km from the airport and getting a free drop-off. For Rs. 1200, I was given an extremely basic, cheap room with no toiletries, telephone, coffee or tea sachets, or even an exhaust fan in the bathroom. This is just somewhere to sleep around your flight times.

The hotel is only 1~2km from the airport, with nothing else nearby, and the stay was a total waste of money. We booked 4 rooms at the same price but were given 2 non sub-standard rooms. One room’s AC board display was hanging, held on one side with black tape; another room’s fan switch didn’t work, and staff seemed helpless when we asked. The bathrooms were tiny, like those in a sub-standard hotel. At booking, we were told AC would cost an extra Rs.200/- each, but on arrival they charged Rs. 500/- extra for each room. Reception couldn’t connect me to the person who booked it and said he’d be available in the morning. When I called then, he didn’t pick up. Repeated power cuts ruined our stay. They’ve shared only a few good photos to highlight the place and misguide innocent people.
