The food was good, but the rooms were average and maintenance wasn’t up to standard for the price. Don’t book through OYO, goibibo, or another online platform. The manager refused my online booking, so with no other option I booked offline for double the listed online amount. The stay wasn’t worth what I paid.

We stayed at the hotel on 17 Jan 2019. The reception manager was rude to customers and didn’t know how to behave with them. Housekeeping was very poor: the toilets were dirty, the almirahs had heaps of dust and waste plastic bags, and the bathroom geyser wasn’t working. When we raised these issues, the manager said they were short on manpower. We asked for a complaint and suggestion register, but he didn’t provide one. We’ve decided never to visit this hotel again.

The TV doesn’t work, and there’s no cleaning service available. Not good at all.

I was totally unsatisfied. The bathrooms weren’t clean, and the poor customer service made it feel like it wasn’t worth the money. The manager, an older person, behaved like a goon, I think. Please don’t go there.

It’s a budget hotel, so you’ll need to ask when you want services. The staff are good to deal with and will help you with the amenities.
