Hotel O Jalan Regency

The rooms are tiny, and noise from the neighboring room kept me awake all night. I complained, but nobody cared. The bathroom was filthy, hadn't been cleaned in ages, and had no water. Water also leaked through the floor tiles and ceiling. The rooms were dirty, the pictures were false, and the price was far too high. Worst hotel I've ever seen, zero stars, negative stars. Please don't go and ruin your trip.

The photos on the OYO website are completely false, and the ratings are bogus. For what they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it, and the staff are unprofessional. The rooms and washrooms were the dirtiest, most unhygienic little spaces I've ever come across, a nightmare for any sensible guest. If you don't want to waste your money, don't go here. A big no.

Nothing about this hotel was decent. The rooms were very poor, and the staff's behavior was very, very bad. This place is third class.

When I raised the issues with the staff, they seemed annoyed and didn't apologize or try to make things better. The room was dirty and musty enough to make breathing uncomfortable. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets looked as if they hadn't been changed in weeks. There was mold and mildew all over the bathroom. The customer service was abysmal, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was dreadful from start to finish.
