I was told a room was available for 1850+gst. When I asked about booking through #goibibo, the receptionist said they couldn't provide the room if I booked online. The reception manager's behavior wasn't good. Worst service.
They charge 1900 for the room, but the cups and washroom weren't clean, and the plugs didn't work. It felt like they couldn't provide facilities for the money. A very bad experience.
I'm from pune and stayed in an executive room for 8 day. Things seemed okay until checkout, when the admin incharge at reception was extremely rude to me. I also paid for one extra day. I would never suggest this hotel.
I stayed for a night. The staff were good, and it's close to the buss stand. Cheap and best stay.
There's no lift to reach the 1st floor, where reception is. The lift only starts from the 1st floor.
