Worst experience. Booking.com showed check-in from 7 am, but after I booked, they called and said I could only check in after 9 am. They also refused to cancel the booking and harassed me over it. The hotel was highly unprofessional. Never book here.

The location is convenient and the prices are budget friendly, but the value is only average for what you get. The rooms are basic and clean with essential amenities, though they need renovation. Food at Hotel Kempegowda Lodge and Restaurant is decent, with Indian and South Indian dishes, but it could be more flavorful and consistent. Staff are friendly but can be slow and seem overwhelmed. It works for budget travelers or a quick, convenient stay, though there are better options. The rooms, food quality, and service could all improve.

The rooms are no good, and there are problems with both the electricity and the water.

I had no other option, so I stayed, but I wouldn’t recommend this lodge. The rooms smelled like they’d been shut for a long time, even after using room freshener, and there were no towels or soap. The lift was deliberately kept off, and I had to insist before they switched it on. The lodge is on the second floor, reached by going past the bar and drunken men on the first floor. Online apps listed WiFi, parking and room service, but the WiFi didn’t work and there was no parking or room service. When I spoke to the owner, he said, “If you want rooms, take them, otherwise look elsewhere.”
