The main drawback is that there's no in-house restaurant or food facility. There are a couple of decent restaurants about a five-minute walk away, though. Most rooms are furnished decently and practically, and the staff are really helpful and cordial. The location is a bit on the periphery, but an adjacent arterial road gives good access.

There were frequent cuts to one power phase while the other phases stayed active. Lots of disturbances at night.

I had a confirmed booking for three nights and travelled a long way to get there. When I arrived around 1.00 am, they refused check-in and wouldn't even open the gate to talk to me. The hoteliers said they were no longer with OYO, and were extremely rude. OYO customer care wasn't helping either. I was left stranded on the road at night in a place where I knew nobody. I'm trying to get the booking refunded, but so far I've been sent back and forth between OYO customer care and Goibibo.

The sheets were torn and stinking, the wooden cupboards were broken, and the rooms were extremely dirty, like an old godown for rubbish. There were lots of mosquitoes too. The shower barely sprayed any water, so it was hard to bathe properly. The TV had a Hathaway set-top box that never worked, and there wasn't even a dustbin in the room. No restaurants nearby. Very poor overall.

They no longer seem to be on OYO or any other booking platform. Instead, they offer 2BHK and 3 BHK apartments on a sharing basis, so you'd share the apartment, including the common hall and kitchen, with people you don't know. The price is very expensive, 2.5K for one room for two adults.
