The staff were very helpful, and the parking was ample with good-sized rooms. The hotel is out in a remote area, though, with even a decent supermarket at least 8-10 km away. There was no cell signal from any operator, so internet calls depended entirely on WiFi. We also had power cuts. A generator was available, but it only ran the lights and fans, not the electrical sockets. It was a decent experience overall, with a little discomfort that we could overlook.

Service was good, and the rooms were neat, clean, and fully air-conditioned. The 2BHK flat had an induction cooktop and all the cutlery, and there was a swimming pool, though we didn't use it. The drawback is that it's about 8-9 km from north Goan beaches such as Baga and Calangute. We paid 6k for two nights for the whole flat, which seemed fair for the price. We booked through Airbnb, and bookings can also be made through OYO since the building is called Fortune Casa.

The pool was nice, and they have parking. The apartment was clean and matched the OYO listing exactly, with good room service. The area has network problems, though, so mobile internet may not work, and there’s no WiFi in the apartment.

The bedrooms are cozy, the place is beautiful, and the kitchen is pretty good. It’s a nice spot to switch off your phone and relax. Reception is really poor, but for the price, the rooms are good enough that it’s hard to complain much.

The flat has WiFi and a swimming pool, and it’s a good place to stay. It was very clean too. Just keep in mind it’s quite far from the city and from Baga and Calangute beaches. Morjim is the closest beach, about 7 km away.
