We had a wonderful stay at Tranquill. The service was great, and Anjum, our host, was very supportive, even arranging early check-in and late check-out. The breakfast was more like brunch, and during our five days there we didn’t feel the need to eat lunch. The property was calm and peaceful, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing stay.

The management at Tranquil riverside was extremely rude and unprofessional. We lost our 10,000Rs advance booking payment because we were afraid to stay there after the way they spoke to us. When unexpected circumstances came up and we asked to change our dates, they refused and threatened us. Don’t pay the advance until you’ve reached the property. If you want a peaceful stay in Goa, I wouldn’t choose Tranquil Riverside.

We loved the wooden cottages by the river, and they have a pool too. It’s truly pet friendly. The staff were wonderful, especially the incredibly warm Mr Anjum Warsi. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to return.

The place looks lovely in the photos, but in reality it fell far short, and I regret choosing it. The rooms weren’t properly clean. The bathroom was awful and smelly, the bathtub was filthy, the AC didn’t work properly, and the pool was also unclean. Breakfast choices were very limited, and they don’t serve food after 9pm or before 9 am. The staff were rude too. I wouldn’t stay here if you want to avoid ruining your vacation.

The caretaker and help staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. It’s a quiet, comfortable place to relax with friends or family, and I’d recommend it.
