The welcome from the staff was great, and the place is clean and pleasant. It’s a little far from Panjim stand, though. It would be nice if they provided tea or coffee bags and hot drinking water.

The location is tucked quite far inside, and the rooms are only average. At this price, you can find somewhere better. Service was good, but there’s plenty of room for improvement.

The staff and atmosphere made for a really good experience. It’s a very nice place, though food isn’t available.

A lovely homestay, with a well-kept room and a spacious, nice washroom. The price was reasonable too.

I booked this property through IBIBO, but the room photos they posted were from somewhere else. The room smelled musty, and they didn’t provide the breakfast I’d booked along with it. It left me thinking GOIBIBO can’t be trusted.
