Mr.pandurang was especially helpful with booking the room and everything else. At check-out, Mr.yogesh and Ms.maheswari gave us time to freshen up before we left the resort. We felt very welcome, enjoyed our stay, and appreciated the warm hospitality and lovely breakfast. Thanks for making the booking and stay so pleasant.

The food was really good, and the stay felt like home. The staff were friendly, especially the helpful front office team, Mr. Pandurang and Ms. Maheshwari. We had a very nice experience, 100%, and would recommend the hotel to family and friends.

The staff were polite and helpful, particularly at check-in and whenever we needed assistance. Our room was clean and well kept, though a little more space would have been nice. Wi-Fi, breakfast, and room service were satisfactory. The location was handy too, with transport and nearby attractions easy to reach. I had a generally pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to families, business travelers, or couples. I’d consider coming back. There’s room to improve in [issue not specified].

The food was tasty and homely, and they can customise it. Everyone was warm, and service was extremely quick. Housekeeping was the most efficient I’ve seen. The well-kept place has spacious, neat rooms with balconies and the amenities you need. There’s also a hotel car that’s comfortable and reasonably priced.
