We were a group of 15 staying for 2 nights, and they expected us to use the same bathing towels for 3 days. The service was exceptionally bad. Paying the full amount up front was a huge mistake. The staff were unprofessional and not trained in hospitality. They didn't respect our privacy or ask us if we needed anything during the stay, so we were the ones constantly chasing them. There weren't enough seats for us to sit out on the veranda, and they didn't do anything even after we asked. I won't return, and hope you don't choose to stay here.

The whole house was in a very bad state. The beds, mattresses, quilts, sheets and bathrooms were unhygienic, the staff had no manners, and the location was very bad too. The kitchen didn't even have proper utensils for cooking and serving food. The staff, including Carol Lobo, Reagan and Suraj, were totally unprofessional and had no hospitality manners. The name may change, but it's behind Nikhil wine on Calangute Anjuna road. Don't book directly just because the shared room photos look good.

There are good rooms in North goa, a few meters in from the main road. Food s available, though the choices are limited. You can bring your own drinks n boose. If you only book a room or hall, you might end up sharing with other roommates too.

The property is nice and conveniently located for Calangute and Baga. Check whether your room has an attached bathroom, since not all of them do.

It's clean and close to Calangute, and the staff are very helpful. Rooms with 2 bedrooms, AC and a kitchen are available.
