The worst part was breakfast. I ate there, felt extremely sick, and vomited, which was the last straw in an already awful stay. Hotel Blue Bell also charged an outrageous amount for a basic bottle of water, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The room was filthy, dusty, and musty, with a lumpy mattress that made a good night's sleep impossible. The bathroom felt neglected, with old fixtures and barely any water pressure. Getting to the hotel was inconvenient, and there wasn't anything useful or interesting nearby. I'm never staying here again. It wasn't worth the money or discomfort.

The area was inconvenient, far from major attractions and facilities, and getting where I wanted to go took extra time and money. Between the dirty rooms, poor food, inconvenient location, and indifferent service, I'd advise looking elsewhere.

They charged GST on items like water bottles, and billed 34/- each for bottles marked 20/- MRP.

The bathroom was worse, with mold on the tiles and leaky faucets. I can't believe this place is rated 3 stars. My stay at Hotel Blue Bell was the worst hotel experience I've had. It claims to be a 3-star hotel, but I'd struggle to give it even one. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.
