Akhilesh and the rest of the staff made me feel welcome, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was super cozy and had an incredible view of the city skyline. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning while watching the 🗽 sparkle. It was an amazing stay, and I’m already planning to come back. Definitely recommend it for a getaway.
The rooms are spacious, and the hotel and service are good. Bengali market and Connaught Place are within walking distance. Being right beside a railway station means there can occasionally be some noise, though it didn’t bother us.
During the week my colleagues and I stayed here for the AI Summit, the service was responsive and excellent. Breakfast was generous, and the in-room dining menu was reasonably priced, which made the stay comfortable and efficient. I’d return next time I’m in Delhi.
Everything felt overpriced, including the rooms, service, and food. The reception staff didn’t seem to know how to treat customers. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re in New Delhi.
For a short business trip, the central location and basic comfort may suit you, but I wouldn’t expect a true three-star experience. I stayed for two days with colleagues, and being near Connaught Place, right beside The Lalit Hotel, was convenient, with transport available around the clock. The rooms were cozy, comfortable, and had decent amenities. Some guests may find them spacious and good value, though we came across upkeep problems: rusted bathroom fixtures, empty shampoo and body wash containers, and limited refills despite asking. Food was good and reasonably priced, but the restaurant described as 24-hour was effectively room service, and more than half the menu wasn’t available. They said tandoor dishes couldn’t be served because of a “ban in Delhi,” which didn’t sound convincing. Breakfast was in a small, suffocating room with no ventilation. Staff service was mixed. Mr. Birender (Senior Manager) and Ms. Mansi were professional, polite, and helpful, and the room dining team was cooperative and prompt. Reception staff, however, were rude and unwelcoming. Staff training, restaurant service, and general upkeep all need work.
