Check-in was smooth, requests were handled promptly, and room service was quick and courteous. A top-tier choice in New Delhi for anyone who values attentive service and beautifully maintained rooms. I’d happily repeat this five-star stay.

The staff made this family stay memorable, especially for our child. Naveen and George from Tower's lounge went out of their way to make us comfortable, and the team at Dum Phukt stood out too. The hotel feels magical and luxurious, with a chance to enjoy a grand experience. I only wish there were a kids’ play area somewhere on the property.

We had a comfortable room with all the facilities you’d expect from a five-star hotel, and getting to the airport took about 20 minutes by taxi. Priyank helped us make a reservation at Bukkara restaurent. Aryan was courteous, professional, and helpful when we arrived before check-in time, and Archana made sure checkout went smoothly. The staff were excellent throughout, from arrival to departure. Highly recommended.
