The location is perfect, near m - block market, and check-in went smoothly. Rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Best stay I've had.

You may have to wait for your room even if you arrive a full 12 hours after check-in time. The rooms and toilets were dirty and smelly, with hairs on the pillows and broken door knobs. They take YOUR PHONE and give themselves five stars, so I doubt those "Good ratings" on google. Worst experience.

Of all the amenities listed, I got just one water bottle. For everything else, you have to ask again and again, then they say it's only listed for reference and isn't available. You also have to wait for your own booking, depending on when other couples using the room by the hour leave. Some random executive offered a good deal, promised support, then ghosted me. Complete frauds. Better to stay on the road than go there.

The room was good, but there wasn't a towel or a dustbin. The service was the worst part. At checkout, the receptionist said I'd get a WhatsApp link to rate them, then literally snatched my phone and gave the hotel five stars himself. That's why I'm giving the service one star.

The rooms looked really attractive and luxurious, and the service was great. A good experience, I'd recommend this hotel. Thank you 🩷🤩
