I have records of the booking and payment, but Hotel BlueStone Nehru Place ultimately cancelled my reservation and wouldn't take responsibility for the money I'd paid. I booked through Booking.com with a valid confirmed reservation. That same morning, hotel staff called asking for at least half the total stay in advance, although my Booking.com reservation hadn't mentioned this. I paid using the link they sent. Later, when I called reception, they said the hotel was fully booked and denied my reservation. They hadn't cancelled it themselves at that point, and refused responsibility for my payment. The manager sent me back to reception when I contacted them. This was a confirmed booking the hotel didn't honor, and they didn't take responsibility for the payment. I'd strongly advise anyone considering a stay to be cautious.

The rooms were clean, the conference room was spacious, and the internet / WIFI was very good and good very good. Service was excellent and quick to respond, especially Rahul and Vikrant. I had a comfortable stay, and the location worked well for 2 tech workshops.

The hotel is closer to Neharu palace, but far from market or happening areas, with limited choices for food and coffee. It's on an inner road next to the highway, so traffic makes getting an Uber difficult, and highway noise is an issue. Some reception staff were good, while others seemed direct. The restaurant had few smiling staff, and they looked stressed. The security guard was nice. They need to improve room cleaning, breakfast, and the restaurant staff's friendly behavi. Hotel management training is crucial.

The food quality needs improvement ment, and loud talking from other guests caused a disturbance. The staff were polite and cordial, and the cleaning was commendable.

I've been using bluestone for long time, and it always feels like a pleasant stay here. My kids feel at home. Everyone is extremely good, and the front desk managers and reception executive are especially polite and supportive. All the best wishes.
