The charges are still hefty, even though the room had no toilet paper or hand wash, the TV didn’t work, and the toilet door was broken. The lights also cut out. Room service only arrived after an hour, despite me calling three times.

My booking wasn’t even known about at check-in, and nobody was very welcoming. EDreams had the wrong address, so the taxi took me somewhere else and I had to book another one. The room was unbelievably mouldy, with a dirty bedsheet covered in body hair. The air smelled damp and mouldy and was hard to breathe. There was no hot water or toilet paper, and the shower water came out very slowly. Please be aware of this hotel.

The staff were very good and behaved well. It’s the best hotel in Paharganj near new delhi railway station.

The room was small, and the charges were handled badly. At check-in they didn’t mention GST or explain the full cost, then at checkout they said we had to pay 12 percent GST. They charged 30 rupy for the water bottle and gave us a biscuit marked 10 rupy for 15 rupy. They took GST at the end and didn’t provide a bill until we asked for the GST bill. Worst experience, worst hotel. Don’t go there.
