They provided basic toiletries, coffee, tea, and a kettle, but the towels were so old they need replacing. The rooms were much too small, the bedspreads weren't clean, and the AC was noisy. Its remote had dead batteries too. I don't speak Hindi, so communicating with staff was hard. I was quoted three different prices by three different people for an airport cab. Uber was Rs 300 cheaper than the hotel car. At 8.30 on the morning of the 31st, the receptionist was angry and rude because I'd booked an Uber, and started cursing at me. It turned into an argument. The rest of the staff were friendly, except for that one animal. I was also told the area isn't safe at night because of robbery and drugs. Make your own decision.

The rooms were dusty and unclean, and the reception staff were very rude. They charged extra for checking in early, then billed me another Rs 800 the next day for checking out at 10 pm. Worst check-in experience!

Breakfast came from Imperial Cafe nearby, where lunch and dinner are available too. It was convenient, and the food was good. The only real drawback was street noise coming into the room, though it was manageable. At Hotel Natraj in Delhi, I found the room clean and comfortable, and the service made me happy. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and made the place feel welcoming. A nice stay for a short visit to Delhi, and I’d recommend it.

I liked having the rooftop, even though it was simple. There was room to do yoga and hang the clothes we’d hand-washed. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Central Ridge forest, a welcome quiet break from the noisy city. There was some street noise, but it wasn’t too bad, and being near the metro was handy. The hotel was very clean, the service was great, and the photos matched the space. Breakfast was basic but appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the AC worked well. We plan to return at the end of our time in India, especially since it's a safe place to leave the extra luggage we acquired before taking it home.
