Arjun made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay, and I really appreciated his warm hospitality. My room was clean and hygienic as well. The hotel management should recognize and reward his great service. Thanks so much, I'll definitely come back.

NO, NO, NO. Don't book here. We paid around INR 26,000 per night and got a very average room that didn't match that price. The room and service weren't acceptable for what we were paying, and the staff were rude and arrogant. They weren't helpful and spoke to us badly. We raised these problems during our stay, but no one has properly dealt with them, and they continue. We also heard similar rooms are now going for around INR 11,000 to 12,000 a night. Charging us almost twice that while providing a poor room and bad service feels unfair.

Chef Sophia made our dining experience especially memorable. She was welcoming and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety, and was a highlight of our stay. We also found the rooms comfortable, clean and well kept, and housekeeping did a great job. The staff were consistently polite, helpful and attentive. Being close to Delhi airport was very convenient for our early or late flight. We had a wonderful stay at Pride Plaza Hotel, Aerocity and would happily return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Dinner and breakfast had a good selection, and both meals were good. Our large room was clean and comfortable, and the airport transfer was prompt and well organized. The hotel is near the airport in a modern area. Staff were friendly and helpful. When we got back from the restaurant one evening, the room door wouldn't open, but a mechanic came right away and replaced the battery.
