OYO hasn't offered me any solution, even though the hotel is under OYO Rooms. The men there were rude when I asked for a refund, saying my friend and I had been in the room for more than half an hour and they didn't know what we had done in there, so they wouldn't refund me. We'd only been on the property for about 15 minutes. I'd booked two rooms through Agoda, and when I arrived they charged extra because I was half an hour early, even though no one had told me there'd be a fee. After paying, I saw the room, which looked extremely shady. There were workers all around the property, and they seemed very creepy. The washrooms were filthy, and I'd rather not pee for two days than use that dirty toilet seat. This hotel doesn't deserve even one star.

The price and room description on OYO gave me the wrong impression. The room was filthy, there was no TV or Wi-Fi, and the older person at the desk was rude. The bathroom flooded, there was no hot water, and the shower didn't work. They also gave us no tubs on the first day, and the pillows felt like pieces of mattress, not comfortable at all. Curtains were missing, and outside food wasn't allowed. Countless problems. Don't book this hotel.

The area around the hotel was fine, and it could work if you need a budget room. I booked through the app. The rooms were okay, though not as cozy as you'd hope, and the service was poor. The restaurant was closed most of the time.

The staff were kind and cooperative, but the place didn't live up to its price. They advertised Wi-Fi and AC, yet there was no Wi-Fi and the AC didn't work. The bathroom had no soap or other supplies. At night the power kept cutting out, and lots of flying insects got into our clothes.

I trusted OYO's safety promises during Covid19, but they didn't even provide soap. I booked a 3x room with a sofa table and other things, then got a regular 2x room instead. The things there weren't working, and there was no intercom to call reception. When I rang from my own phone, reception didn't answer. I asked OYO customer care for a toiletry kit, but they didn't help either. I'm very disappointed. My time and money were both wasted, and I used to recommend OYO to others. Now I'm asking people not to use it. They don't treat guests like guests. It felt like cheating, with fake promises.
