We only stayed because it was urgent and we were late with no other choice. The cupboards had no keys, but staff blamed us for losing them. The cupboards and bathroom both smelled bad, and the staff blamed customers while acting as if good service were a favor. I wish we hadn’t stayed. Hope you have a better experience.

Check-in was very smooth, and the washroom was clean, though there was no bucket. The AC worked, but it was far from the bed and took too long to cool the room. The breakfast was the worst part. One boy at reception was very cooperative. For a couple, the stay is quite comfortable and good.

The room and washroom were dirty, and they wouldn’t change the room. Breakfast was horrible, with too much oil and poha that had no salt. I ordered tea in the evening. It cost rs. 64 for one cup, tasted awful, and seemed like it had been reheated from an earlier batch.

The room and bathroom were dirty and poorly maintained. The room hadn’t been cleaned for check-in, and the bedsheets hadn’t been changed. I asked them to replace the sheets. Service was very slow, too. Water took 15 minutes to arrive after we called reception, and breakfast took 50 minutes after we ordered it.

The room smelled awful, and the water glasses had cigarette tobacco marks on them. The toilet seat was broken. They moved me to another room when I reported it, but almost all the same problems showed up there too. It was a horrible place to stay.
