There aren’t other hotels nearby, so once you’re there it’s hard to start searching again. They know that and use it to their advantage. I booked through Oyo, but at check-in they demanded extra money and told me to either cancel or pay. I felt I had no other option but to pay.

Two OYOs are operating in the same building. The employees were ill-mannered, and my room setup was awful. The bathroom was dirty, the bedsheet and blanket had already been used, and there was no light in the gallery. Worst experience so far.

Everything was fine. The new staff have been taught how to speak with customers, especially the person wearing glasses at reception.

I paid online after booking through Oyo, but the office staff still demanded extra money and refused to let me check in. The service from the staff was very bad. Don't book this hotel.

The stay was very comfortable, though the area around the hotel isn’t good.
