FabHotel Samridhi Residency

They refused to let me check in because I'd paid the full amount in advance, even though it was late at night and I had nowhere to go. They told me to cancel the booking and pay them directly in cash, saying they don't allow prepaid bookings. The staff were rude, illiterate, and proper goons of UP. They wouldn't try to understand the situation. I want to use the F word for what I had to go through that night.

The room was quite big, and the washroom was huge. The AC worked well. But the basic phone and flush didn't work, the bucket and mug were dirty and broken, there was no shower, and the washroom smelled. Finding the place was difficult because there was no board outside to show it was a hotel. At check-in, two guys said I'd paid too little for a premier room and called fab hotel to adjust the cost. The whole check-in was pathetic and took an hour. The receptionist was very rude and didn't know how to speak to customers. Breakfast was free, and I was eating paratha, but I didn't like it. The kitchen guys whispered that I wasn't good and gave me angry looks. Service was very bad, and the staff were rude. This is a pathetic place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.

After waiting over 40 minutes, my wife and I were told there was no room for us, even though I had paid in advance for April 23-24 through Fab. The manager and staff said they were checking availability, then explained that direct corporate customers had priority. Fab Care was no help either, and I’m still hoping to get my money back. This was the worst hotel and staff experience I’ve had. Book at your own risk, you could be left with no other option. Hope you have a happy stay, if they let you stay. #bloody #unprofessnl #manager

I was there for four nights and it really felt like home. When I got sick, they brought me khichdi, and room service helped with every little thing. My flight was at a very odd hour, and the staff stayed up all night to make sure I was safe. I really appreciated that.
