The rooms were spacious and clean, the food tasted good, and the staff were courteous and quick to help. What brought my rating down to 3 stars was the charge for drinking water. Water is a basic necessity, and in our culture we offer it even to strangers who need it, so charging guests for it feels unfair. If drinking water were free, this would be a 5-star place.

For the price, Marks Hotel is great value, with clean rooms, helpful staff, and good service. Its location is excellent too. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend it.

We booked 43 rooms for wedding events, and it was a terrible experience. Service was awful. Taps, door bolts, and even a bathroom commode were broken, and several toilets had no water supply. Honestly, you'd be better off at a local lodge than this so-called hotel. I advise everyone to avoid staying here.

Mr pankaj made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality.
