Don't trust the ratings. This was the worst PG experience of my life. After you pay the PG fees and security deposit, the owner shows his true colors. They won't return your deposit, and he's the worst person you could meet. Please don't go there.
Dirty rooms and poor service. Keep this as your absolute last option.
For 8k a month with PG service, this feels like daylight robbery. The lobby looks untouched for 20 years, with just two sunken sofas for guests. I checked a room and it was badly managed: damaged walls, dirty floors, and lighting so dim it barely mattered whether it was on. Many rooms also have a heavy, stuffy smell, like the hair oil older people use. The place is terrible.
The food was delicious, and the AC worked fine. It's a Colive PG with parking, the service is nice, and the rooms are well maintained.
The place seems to have a lot of potential, and staff were otherwise helpful. They checked during my stay to make sure everything was fine, and food is available at the hotel. It's easy to spot from the main road, about 30 meters away. But the hotel is still a work in progress, with the lift being built, and I had to carry my luggage up three floors. The linen was very dirty, and the rooms were very small.
