Very nice place. All the staff are very good, the food is really tasty, and room service is good too.

One thing to know when you first arrive: there’s no “kumar residency” sign anywhere, and the villa is called “Chhavi Villa.” It’s in a good spot in Noida, near botanical garden metro, and there are lots of nearby food places. I stayed a couple of nights, ate there, and found the food good. Service was quite good and everything was clean. The rooms are spacious, though a bit old, and the bathroom fixtures need updating. The room overall could use some changes. You can also order food online or go out to eat.

I stayed two days with my wife, and the hotel even helped me find a new apartment and move all our luggage. It was a great experience. The owner is kind and well behaved, and the other staff are just as welcoming and helpful. It’s nicely maintained and in a good location, with very clean, well-kept rooms. The food was amazing and fairly priced. I highly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed there for 13 days. The surroundings were clean and secure, the staff behaved well, and the food was good. Excellent arrangements. Keep up the good work, and best wishes for the coming years.
