OYO 67147 Paradise Pearl Hotel

My girlfriend became dizzy after the hotel staff put something in her drink. I say this was done by another guy named ahmad reshad. She somehow got away, or she could have been in serious trouble. The staff are so corrupt, they’ll do anything for money. I’m going to sue the hotel management if strict action isn’t taken against them.

I left without going further into it. Pardeep, a bearded guy, made the whole thing stressful. He first said we couldn’t check in at the price OYO offered and left us waiting, claiming he’d emailed OYO to cancel those discounted rates for his property. I agreed to pay more anyway, but then he said there were no rooms, while other people who arrived after us were being moved in. I’d come based on the reviews, but the property was a total disappointment. It felt unsafe, unhygienic, and unethical, with unprofessional receptionists in charge.

Five hours after I left, the OYO app still showed me as checked in. What a joke. I’d prepaid, but the hotel wouldn’t let me check in and told me to cancel instead, which caused me serious trouble. The owner was very arrogant and the service was poor. Don’t waste your time and money here, be careful.

They refused to let me into the room and told me to leave, saying I could do whatever I wanted and still wouldn’t get a room. Maybe they sold it to someone else under the table, but I can’t be sure. Customer care was no help either. They kept putting us on hold, so we ended up booking another room and leaving.
