RN 32 by OYO Rooms

They asked us for an RTPCR report to check in, but let some other guests in without one. It seemed up to them whether to allow us or not, and they denied us. Staff behavior was awful. Nobody wore masks, and there was no sanitizer at reception. It didn't seem like a place for families, more like something else. I don't believe the 5/5 Google ratings, they look fake.

If you can get the room for 500 rs, it's okay value. The room was average and smelled bad. The blanket sheets weren't clean, the toilet seat was dirty, and the wash basin wasn't good. They didn't provide soap or towels.

Easy to find, and the area was peaceful. But the room hadn't been cleaned or swept properly. Used condoms 😂 were in the corner and under the bed, which was disgusting. The property manager should clean each room after guests check out.

I had to cancel in the end. The receptionist said only one room was left, on the 4 th floor, but kept pushing me to try other OYOs and seemed not to want me in that room either. It was my first time cancelling an OYO after booking. I left and booked a different place right opposite. This is probably the worst looking OYO. OYO should check the quality of this hotel.
