We arrived around 4 pm for a noon check-in, but the rooms still weren't ready. We waited outside for 30 minutes, and no one responded at reception or helped with luggage. We had to climb to the third floor ourselves because the lift wasn't working. Inside, there was no towel or drinking water, the bathroom leaked, the bed was dirty, and the TV didn't work. The photos were nowhere close to what we found. The staff were arrogant and nonsensical. Worst hotel ever, right on top of the hospital.

This hotel runs on a shoestring budget and nothing seems to work. The rooms aren't ready, there's nothing in them, and there are so many mosquitoes. No elevator either. Poor hotel, poor staff.
