The Mango House by OYO Rooms

The bathroom itself was clean, but the washbasin pipe leaked, so I couldn't use the basin. The bedding was much worse: the sheets and pillowcases had dust and stains. I booked a classic room and got a very small one; when I complained, the receptionist said every room was the same size. So don't spend extra on a classic instead of a Saver X, since the receptionist says there's no size difference. This place needs better management.

The rooms on the second floor and higher look great, but there's no lift, so they're a poor choice for families, older people, or infants. They're better suited to individuals. The bathrooms look excellent, yet the taps and showers are broken. The TVs look good but haven't been recharged, and the complimentary breakfast is just one item.

The place was clean and the staff were kind, much as I expected from the Google reviews. There was some hair on the bedsheets, but they changed them right away when I called. The air conditioning wasn't cooling quite enough. If they improve it, this would be a five-star stay for me.

The location is good, and the hotel staff are well mannered. Mr. Vishal at reception was especially helpful and cheerful. Worth visiting once for the hospitality.
