There was no security, breakfast, drinking water, or Wi-Fi, despite the listing saying otherwise. You feel entirely on your own. At arrival, I couldn't work out where the property was and spent two hours finding it. Even Fab hotel agents couldn't help. It's far from the market and city center, and you have to walk about 2.5 km for anything. Vehicles aren't readily available nearby, and fares are high because of the location. Staff support and hospitality were nowhere to be found. I called to explain what had happened, but all I got was that they'd get back to me, and then nobody followed up. The feedback team at Fab hotel doesn't seem to take action either. They wouldn't refund a single penny or help in that situation. After this, I really want to boycott Fab hotels.

We couldn't even find the hotel. The road goes uphill to a dead end, and you can't drive there. Very disappointing. We paid 3800 through MakeMyTrip for a room that apparently costs 1500, and it only had a small bed for one person. The old building was badly maintained and smelled awful, definitely not for families. The room pictures on the MakeMyTrip app didn't match at all. A horrible experience.

The hotel is quite far from town, and there’s no restaurant there. We booked rooms with breakfast, but what was served was poor, and they didn’t even offer tea or coffee. Our room was cramped, and the sheets, pillowcases, and mattress cover weren’t clean or in good shape. They still hadn’t changed the covers after we asked. There wasn’t a master key either, so we were told a lost key would mean breaking the door. The whole stay was pathetic.

We paid Rs. 1250 in advance, but the rooms were so ugly and unclean that we chose not to stay. They kept the money and asked us to pay the full amount. There’s no car park, and the place is way out with no shops nearby. We spoke to abinav before booking, and he promised clean rooms, 24/7 security, parking, daily housekeeping, toilet paper, and a 24-hour front desk. None of that was there. Reception was shut and the staff had gone somewhere. I called abinav more than 15 times, but he never picked up. Everything he told us was a lie. Please don’t cheat customers. Don’t choose fab express.
