The staff worked hard and were very helpful, but there were only two people working, and little else was good. The bedsheet and blanket weren’t clean, the bathroom smelled bad, and the room felt stale. The road outside isn’t good or kid-friendly. They also didn’t support our driver with things like a blanket, hot water, or a shower.

The owner was such a welcoming host and said yes to every single request we made. I extended my stay because of her hospitality. I’ve never had an experience like that.

A faulty bathroom lock trapped my partner inside today. It wouldn’t open from either side. We alerted the front desk right away and asked for urgent help, but a carpenter took about an hour and a half to arrive and fix it. Being stuck that long caused distress and inconvenience, and raised a safety concern. The delay compromised guest safety, and the broken lock suggests routine maintenance or safety checks may be lacking.

A pleasant stay, with very clean and tidy rooms and a great breakfast. Both the caretaker and manager were caring and really helpful, and the service was very good.
