OYO 13597 Travel Stay Residency

The rooms stayed cold and damp, with little sunlight or airflow, and the cleanliness and hygiene were below expectations. The property is old and has only basic facilities. Hot water was unreliable and usually just lukewarm, which wasn’t enough in Ooty’s cold weather. Power cuts made things worse, since there’s no backup and the rooms went completely dark. It’s affordable, but better ventilation, power backup, hot water, maintenance, and cleanliness are needed.

The team were so kind and helpful, and made everything go smoothly. We found the cottage clean and cozy, with lovely nature around it. It was a peaceful, relaxing escape from the city, and our family had an amazing weekend stay. I’d recommend it to families or anyone after a quiet break.

There were seven of us, and Surya welcomed us in person when we arrived. We had a few special requests, all handled quickly. The home-cooked food they offered was freshly made and very tasty. At the end of the stay, they surprised us with a goodie bag of local delicacy. We had a very good time and would gladly recommend the place.

The hosts really made the stay feel like home. They were warm, cooperative, and quick to answer our questions. The Airbnb was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed; it was exactly as described, maybe even better. We had plenty of room to unwind, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in Ooty.
