OYO 19305 Lebon Residency

I had to cancel my booking at Lebanon because of the behavior there. The management was awful, and the man was rude and spoke very badly to us. He kept us waiting for three hours, then told us to cancel. It caused a lot of inconvenience. Please remove him from hotel management.

The sheets and pillowcase were dirty when we arrived, and there was only one employee. After we asked, he did bring a fresh pillowcase. Towels and soap came the next morning. I paid Rs 5900 for two nights, plus Rs 825 for the food, which took 30 minutes to arrive: seven rotis, Gobi Manchurian, and chicken 65. I reached at 8:30 pm and was told food could be ordered, so the employee called someone and passed me the phone; the person on the other end was a Malayalee. The property is 1.5 km away, the location isn't good, and there are no hotels nearby. I booked through booking.com. I strongly suggest not booking here.

The kitchen was in very poor condition, and using it cost an extra 1500. They also don't have enough spare mattresses. The bedrooms are fine, though, and the bathrooms were clean and neat. The location was good.
