OYO 3218 Park Avenue

We stayed for two nights. The room had an issue when I booked, but they changed it right away. The room was spacious, with hot water available 24 hours, and the staff were very polite and helpful. A very nice experience.

It’s cheap and could work for a short stay, but hygiene is below average and the tap was in poor condition. They give you some soap and moisturizer, but no towels or hand towel. The staff were often asleep and didn’t respond many times.

Be careful with online bookings, especially through OYO. They showed me a good room when I visited, but after I booked online, they offered dirty, cheaper rooms instead. I had to cancel and lost 1500rs. They also don’t provide a room heater for online bookings, and the photos are fake. I felt cheated and wouldn’t book here.

The hotel itself was clean and neat, but I had three problems during my two-night stay. There was no food provided, so we had to go out for lunch and dinner. At reception they spoke only Tamil, which made communication a big challenge since they didn’t know another language. I was in room 103 next to a hospital, and its lights kept me awake all night. The reception team offered no solution. If you know Tamil, check in, otherwise it’s very difficult.
