The owner and staff are friendly, respond quickly when you have an issue, and leave you in peace. We stayed for 2 days and had a good experience. The rooms are neat and clean, and even the standard room felt luxurious, with a TV, hot water, coffee sachets, towels, and a soft, comfortable bed. Standard and deluxe rooms are available. It’s just a kilo meter from ooty bus stop and commercial road, and a better deal than paying double for a room mainly for the view.

The main downside was the staff, who were slow with room preparation. We had to follow up a lot for water and basic toiletries. Still, the hotel is good value during the off season. The recently renovated rooms have big 10 inch mattresses and work for couples sharing as well as big families. All toilets have geysers for hot water. It’s about 1.0Km from the bus stand, so you need a cab or auto to get to the bus and railway stations.

This is the most economical clean hotel option in Ooty for your budget. The rooms and toilets are very clean. They provide towels, shower gel, a hair dryer, a kettle, and a free water bottle every day, along with coffee, tea, and milk powder sachets.

A parking blockage left us starving for over 60+ mins. The hotel couldn’t help get our car out and favored the neighbors, who were blocking us. The receptionist was absent and unresponsive, and we were left arguing with locals.
