I enjoyed spending six nights here with my family, and parking was fine too. The owner, manager, and maids were all kind and helpful whenever we had a concern. There’s a kitchen on the top floor by the terrace, with cooks there around the clock who also handle maintenance. Meals cost extra, as they would at a regular restaurant. You can also order through Swiggy or Zomato if you’d rather get food from outside.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. There were lots of problems: the room handle was damaged, there was no chef, and the staff and owner weren’t communicating about the booking. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

It got very cold at night, especially on the ground floor in room 201, and I had trouble sleeping. Room heaters would make guests more comfortable. Apart from some issues with Goibibo, the stay was good. The property owner helped sort them out and gave excellent service.

The service was extremely bad, and this hotel was a terrible place to stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for accommodation or a family visit.

The staff were supportive, and I paid about 2300 per room. Rooms are very spacious, but parking is limited, though you can park in the surrounding area. I believe the building has two floors and no elevator, so I was glad to get a ground-floor room. It’s in Ooty main city, and the road leading there is a bit narrow, which seems normal in Ooty. A moderate stay overall.
