The staff were responsible and made our trip lovely with a comfortable stay. We loved the villa, it was hygienic and spacious, with parking, a garden, and a viewpoint. Highly recommend staying here 🥰.

The food ordered through reception was tasty, but if you’re getting food from outside, it’s better to pick it up as takeaway since nothing nearby delivers and there aren’t any shops or hotels close by. The reception is far uphill too, so the walk there for breakfast can be a hassle. Staff were friendly, though reception sometimes took time to answer calls. My scores: location 10/10, cleanliness 9/10, food 8/10, staff 7/10.

We came for my parents’ wedding anniversary and only asked for a cake to be arranged. The staff went further and decorated the room beautifully, which made them so happy and gave us a wonderful memory. The place was clean, and the staff were quick to respond and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Ooty for a vacation. Keep up the great service, you deserve a good rating. Thanks!

The food was top notch, and the people here took such good care of us. It’s a calm, peaceful place to spend time without disturbance, with a friendly and protective atmosphere. The temperature is lovely for enjoying the location at South India’s highest peak. For me, this is the best place to stay in Ooty, with a real sense of luxury and comfort.
