The private Tea garden and trek were fabulous, and younger guests and kids can definitely enjoy them. The location and views are fantastic, but the room service and food quality were a big letdown. There aren’t nearby food options, so you have to eat at the hotel. The staff didn’t seem trained or professional. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone traveling with elderly people. Since the hotel is on a hill slope, there are many steps to climb up and down between the rooms and restaurant.

The stay ended up being a bad experience. I booked after seeing the pictures and expected a nice nature getaway, but the hotel is far from the city and the food wasn’t good. There’s little available at the property, and they charge 1200rs to take you from the hotel to the city. Even getting water in my room took a day. I followed up many times and got no response. When I went to complain, the manager was very casual and said, “What to do sir, we don't have staff.” If they aren’t taking customer service seriously, how will they understand why it matters? While I was complaining, I saw around 6-8 other customers shouting at staff after finding a fly in their breakfast food. There are much better options in the city.

We had a great time at the resort. The rooms were spacious, neat, and clean, with good amenities, and there was car parking. The place looks lovely, and we could see the hills right from our room. The food was nice too. Online booking is available. Overall, a great experience.

The only difficulty was getting to the restaurant and rooms, which could be hard for elderly people. You need a car to travel to Ooty and Coonoor. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay in a lovely, quiet setting away from city traffic and pollution. The staff were courteous, and housekeeping was extremely good.

We stayed for two days after choosing this resort because, on our way to Ooty, we had no other hotel option. Those turned out to be some of our most amazing days. I honestly have no words for the views I saw while staying there. I didn’t like the food, though, and my five-star rating is for the views 😍
