The location was great, close to the main market and pachmarhi rock garden. Our room was neat and clean, service was quick, and the staff behaved very well. An awesome stay.

The hotel itself is good, but the hot water wasn't working in the bathroom in the biting cold. I told them multiple times before they somehow managed to sort it out. Service was bad.

It's in a prime location, and the staff were helpful and supportive. A good hotel, and one I'd recommend for a visit to pachmarhi with family or friends.

We stayed at their other property, Meghdoot inn, and had a great experience in Pachmarhi. The staff were good, and the hospitality was excellent.
