The food was the highlight for us, fresh and flavorful, with a wide breakfast selection that all tasted excellent. We also found the rooms neat, hygienic, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, and the staff welcomed us warmly. The ambiance, service, and hospitality made for an amazing stay. We’d definitely love to come back.

The whole staff at Samar House was friendly, polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Ankit Ji was especially caring and supportive, and Mr. Varun Singh Gaur was professional and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained, with spacious, comfortable rooms that suit families and couples alike. There’s a kids’ play area and a clean, well-kept swimming pool. Breakfast is served on the rooftop grill area, where the breathtaking morning view makes for a lovely start to the day. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Samar House, Pachmarhi, and will definitely visit again. It’s a welcoming place with beautiful views and outstanding service, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pachmarhi.

Bajrang ji gave us a warm welcome and great service, and Naman took wonderful care of us. He stayed through the whole night at my husband’s birthday to provide the born fire services. I really appreciate their helpful nature and hospitality. They made my husband’s birthday truly memorable. The Summer House, Hotel Kollection Pachmarhi is beautiful, and the ambiance and attention to detail went beyond what I expected. My stay there was excellent and very pleasant.
10/10
We were eleven family members, including an infant, and the hotel management and staff helped make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The Summer Hotel is beautiful and clean, and the food is tasty. It was a great experience.
10/10
The bathrooms could use an upgrade, and parking needs to be done on RAO’s. Apart from that, it was a nice stay. The rooms are spacious, the swimming pool was clean, and the park is big and pleasant. The location in Cantonment is quiet and nice for staying in Pachmarhi, and the staff were very helpful. I’d stay here again if needed.
